Pros
The backpack has a built-in zipper that allows for quick access to headphones or my work badge. It also has a side pocket to keep my phone in if i do not have pockets. The backpack also has bumpers on the bottom to store books and amp cords.
Everything in this bag fits really snug! This bag is amazing just would prefer the 15in as i am short and the 17in looks like a suitcase on my back. It stores my sketchbook! I have the samsung a50 phone which is around 6.
There's more than enough space for the things i need on a daily basis, plus a snack. Plenty of organized space for my laptop and auxiliary items. The bag isn't giant, but it gets a little cramped.

Cons
The backpack is frustratingly hard to pack up. The usb cable in the backpack is not exchangeable. There's no way to untwist them without detaching one side of each strap.
The material is great and durability are great but what's that mean if the design is terrible. After a week of using the kopack backpack, i have become frustrated with how inconvenient it is; not only is it anti-theft, but it's anti-me.

The price point is very good for what you get but it lacks a sleeve for a water bottle

There’s only one down side which is the arm straps which comes out if you’re carrying too much weight

My only complaint is that anything you put in the top pocket inside the backup it will fall out so it’s not a very useful pocket unless you add a strap or button to close it up
