Just what was needed and delivered quickly. Well made product and flexible to use. Still working well with no issues after a few years. This is simply amazing.

It retains the cold and moulds well to the area. Lasts hours even in the summer. It's ok, it's flexible still when frozen and the cold lasts for a couple of hours, maybe longer in colder weather.

I have facial eczema and it helps so much to soothe irritation. I have severe arthritis and often painkillers are not effective.

I guess i was just unlucky as my other koolpaks have lasted years. However, it is not at all flexible when cold, and feels like i'm leaning against a knobbly rock!
