Love the fact they are pliable straight from the freezer. I wrap it in a tea towel and apply it to my foot.

Ideal for me as was for a long straight scar but not very flexible so not ideal to bend round a knee straight from freezer

Normal ice packs freeze to solid blocks and if youre trying to soothe a headache they dont mould to a rounded shape and so not enough surface area is covered
