There are many keyboard shortcut apps that will intercept a keypad keystroke and then run a chosen script or do some other computer function. Scrl lk is a great way to program the kvm key sequences as macros on this keypad. The only real issue i have ... Read More

The keypad itself is phenomenal. It feels pretty sturdy, and the keys have a good crisp action.

Cons

This restriction is the equivalent of a buffet limiting patrons to one plate per customer. The paperwork is also blatantly out of date. It’s sad, because i was going to buy 3 more for some engineering buddies for birthday / xmas gifts.

This product advertises itself as fully programmable. It is not. Functional macros for most purposes require hundreds of characters. At best, this product is a kinda programmable half-macro-ish keyboard.

The software to program the buttons had to be downloaded using link provided on a card that came with the box

Search amazon for products called xkeys keycap cherry mx compatible pack of 10 and look for the ones with the clear snapon lens
