One of the control knobs shorts out. There is an annoying hiss whenever i pluck a string. Koogo slow to respond and trying to replace the item on lieu of a refund.

Received from koogo store a worn used pedal the black “top” knob came off from the turn shaft and the whole pedal itself is not in its foam rack and just sitting loose on top of it
