Pros

Keeps my iced coffee ice cold for hours. Sturdy and insulation keeps what you need either hot or cold for long time.

Only downside is that the ring on the lid is constantly moving out of place. The straw cleaning brush is a bonus! I thoroughly enjoy my tumbler and all of the accessories that the company makes available for it.

The handle enables you to have a good grip without having to hold the cup. The removable handle makes it easy to carry. My arthritic hands also appreciate the comfortable handle and lighter weight.

Cons

It condensates on the outside and does not hold ice for longer than maybe 9 hours (claims 24). Barely anything comes out when i try to drink making it very complicated to drink my coffee on the go. Then you get soaked when trying to drink from the cup... Read More

The lid flips over and hits me in the face. It pops up on my side. I have 2 of these and they are both the same. It's popped up on one side.
