Pros

This is way better than the small 6x8 inch packs the chiropractor gives you. It wraps around the leg with the two straps around. This is large and can even fit around my stomach or thigh.

I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery & this gel pack is a huge help with controlling pain. I use it for swelling and pain and it definitely relieves the pain. Use this wrap either hot or cold for aches and pains.

Cons

While it's fine when mobility isn't an issue, using it for something as simple as cramped/achy muscles regularly is inconvenient at best. It is very heavy on the shoulder and uncomfortable.

The design team needs to redesign that. Really unhappy with lack of service and being mislead on warranty information. No online presence appears available.

The fda is only for *, radiological, biologics, and surgical device approvals in america. When you take it out of the freezer it's not very flexible and it doesn't conform to your body.

Packaging/appearance

They come with a flat pouch that contains the gel pack and has elastics velcro straps which make it really easy to get on and off

Also i wrapped the product in a small beach towel before applying to incision and the coldness still came through with no problem

Because i didn’t use the cold pack with the velcro packaging i have no opinion on whether it stays in place on the hip

Wrapped in a hand towel it stays cold for hours vs so i didn’t have to get up in the middle of the night to get another cold pack
