These are great ice packs. Very handy to have. They work well, a worthy investment. The wrap is very helpful and a great price!

Wish there had been two cold packs to interchange. The other one develops frost when i use it, this one does not.

A couple days later, the muscle area under the frostbitten area hurts deep inside. When you take it out of the freezer it's not very flexible and it doesn't conform to your body like a good gel pack should.

There's no way to return it which is a deal breaker even if i loved it. The design team needs to redesign that. It's a trainwreck but redo will fix it.

It's not very flexible and there isn't enough velcro on the straps. Because of it's size, it's rather heavy so it slips down. The velcro straps used to secure the pack only being on one side of the sleeve.
