It holds cold for a long time and even when frozen it can be manipulated

This allows for the ice to be where it needs to be only issue for me is i do 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off so i have to remove them and refreeze

The koocare wrap for its gel ice pack looks like an athletic knee support brace

The smaller gel ice packs also have smaller wraps that dont stay in place nearly as well and if you try to walk while wearing either the ice packs will fall down around your ankles in a matter of seconds
