Pros

Best, though, is that these don't leak at all (test by turning upside down to check they are sealed properly/tightly) and that i can reuse them over and over--so much better than using ziploc baggies.

The size is perfect for what i'll be using it for, which is lupus-related costochondritis. The big one helps my severe sinus headaches. They are nice and thick and work wonderfully.

Very durable. Easy to clean. Works great on knees. It's kid user friendly.

Cons

These leak horribly as ice melts. The darker blue area on the attached photo is from the water leaking through.
