Pros

Quality is a lot better than i was expecting. Shows true interest in customer satisfaction. A lot of bang for the buck.

I use ice for chronic plantar fasciopathy. The elastic wrap stays tight around my knee. I use this for migraines to wrap around my head.

They are adaptable and easily used on other body areas. Easy to put on and stays on. Allows me to be mobile while icing my back.

Cons

It's not even worth using the pouch b/c the ice pack isn't cold enough to go through the pouch and help your muscles. All our other packs freeze within a few hours and work well for icing. These packs remain liquid after days in the freezer.
