Pros

Best to do this before each reheating. So far this seems quite durable. Pliable enough out of freezer.

My wife prefers the ice pack that have a fabric like covering. These have a smooth vinyl like cover. They are flexible and not stiff, too.

First got one from the podiatrist's office for foot pain and loved it. Now it has a permanent spot in my fridge while my heel heals. Has eczema and uses them to stop the itching.

The packs aren't super flexible but they stay cold for over half-an-hour. They chill quickly, too. I like that they stay flexible even when frozen.

Cons

Product is thin. When i try to flex it, it just bends in half. Advertised as a 2-pack.
