The only problem was the cover on the viewing scope

This apparently is put on very tightly at the factory possibly by machine as several people mentioned this when we researched it online

When replacing on the scope start with a slight counter clockwise twist before going to the right to tighten on

Well i did get to compare this to a zen ray which is said to be comparable to the vortex razor hd spotting scope
