Smartthings is a great way to add home automation to an existing alarm system. It integrates perfectly with smartthings hub and opens up your old dumb security system to a new realm of home automation.

This is a one of kind product. It's the disruptive, affordable, flexible product that we've needed for ages. Just be prepared for dedicating time for setting up an panel such as using an kindle fire 8” for the display.

A lot of flexibilty for set up and configuration. I have since home brewed a board because of the cost savings. Now that i have it setup, i love the customization!

Integrating this into my smartthings hub and actiontiles panel was my most fun pandemic project yet

You do need a hub to make it work but the adt smartthings hub will not work with it

You can add the wired sensors to your smartthings hub or other iot hub
