I also wanted to say after testing rpms with my digital gauge i showed rpms up to 12500 which is right along published specs

Ultimately they offered me a half price refund without me returning the product for a product that i purchased a very long time ago

The noise ultimately has effected the stepper motors controlling the x y and z axis on the cnc causing a nasty jitter that shows in the parts that are being cut
