Pros
Buy some pipe tape and plumbers putty too. The stopper makes a good seal with no leaks.
The strainer is stainless and easy to clean. Made cleaning the sink a lot easier/convenient. Nice and works, filtered waste water.
Cons
The gasket is cheap and cause a leaked a few weeks after installation. Would recommend buying a better gasket before installing.

The plastic parts are study solid plastic parts not cheap at all

I was actually cleaning my aquarium filter and the one basket fell into the sink where the media stones for bio filter spilt

The foam gasket supplied for the top compressed and sealed well but may only be good for a single use if you need to remove and reinstall the drain for any reason use plumbers putty

The drain does not come with a downpipe and my old downpipe was integral to the nut
