Kava is safe, when used with necessary caution, and not excessively. I recommend trying it at home the first few times to be sure you know how it effects you prior to driving or operating machinery. This works really well as a substitute while i like ... Read More

Small and convenient for carrying in a purse or briefcase. It is powered instead of paste.

Kava paste is far more effective than other brands of pre packaged kava capsules. This paste works better than the liquid that i used on a regular basis (gaia brand extra strength) pretty strong stuff.

I prefer to drink kava fresh, but i am lazy and this gets me there without the hassle of getting someone to open a local kava cafe.
