Pros
Very useful in the garden for measuring fencing before heading to the store, etc. Having the ability to measure in centimeters too would be useful.
The handle folds down and effectively locks the tape from unspooling when you don't want it to. It winds up and spools out fine. It is coated with a very slippery surface which makes unwinding it and rewinding it very easy.
Be carful with the stake though. The end of the stake is metal with a large finger ring for tension and staking. The helper stake is nice bonus.
Cons

It fits into a notch on the side of the tape case and is very difficult to get out
