I found it was a pretty easy fix to pull in the entire top from top of upper sleeve across the shoulders and neck to the top of the other upper sleeve

I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy the cotton is on these i was expecting more of a poplin material but these are thicker more like a uniform shirt

Once i got it on it was so tight in my shouldersupper back i barely was able to get one arm out i honestly thought i was going to have to cut myself out
