Pros & Cons
Pros
A bit pricey but worth it. I usually use calrose but at this time of all the shortages it wasn't available. This is outstanding!
Sushi rice has a sweet/salty/sour taste. Each grain stays whole and gives the right texture. Made good sushi rolls.
Cons
Buyer beware! Just received expired food - sushi rice. Not - definately not - sushi rice.
