The adjustable component is flawed. The knob at the top of the handle spins (at least 0. Mm) the dermstamp variety is much easier to use on the scalp. Go use another brand and use the roller instead.
Do not buy and waste money on this trash $2 product charging almost $20. These stamps seem to be really cheap.

Like the product worked for the intended purpose tho unfortunately it broke so now the needles come out but if i press it down the needles go back in disappointed that for the price it didnt last longer
