Pros

Love this futon. Very quick response to my email. Loved this customer service.

The mattress is very comfortable and the cover seems to be removable so it can be washed. The cover is very soft and feels nice to touch. It was a risky purchase for sure, but it was a good purchase in the end.

Quick delivery - about a week earlier than expected. Takes 3 hrs to assemble but it is very nice. Easy to follow instruction.

My only complaint is that this model was supposed to come with drawers. It's not a deal breaker by any means, but it is a slight annoyance when i'm sitting on the futon and need to slide a drawer out.

Cons

Was expecting good solid construction given the price and other reviews. Arrived wrongly pre assembled with straps stapled into wood upside down.
