Pros

Only complaint is the springs make noise when sitting or rising. It creaks more than before but that is not the problem. Unlike other futons i have owned and sat on, this one's cushion is thick and comfortable. Sturdy and pretty comfy.

Comes in 3 separate pieces, 2 boxes and the mattress separately. Arrives in 3 heavy boxes. It is worth every penny we spent on it.

Both the solid wood frame and tufted mattress are made of quality material. The gray linen is darker than expected but it’s sturdy. The butternut matches my polyurethaned pine walls perfectly.

Cons

This isnt neccesarily the manufacturers fault, but upon delivery, the boxes had so much damage to it. Shows you amazons moral compass is also pointing to fraud. Thie wood is also very cheap.

My mum stayed with us, she is a tiny woman, and after sleeping on the sofa the first night we noticed that the support beam broke - see pictures.

Second i was extremely surprised at the quality of the product

My last futon was metal and didnt last very long so am very happy with the more sturdy wooden futon
