Pros & Cons
Cons
These look neat, but you bury them, so the looks are not relevant. The walls are too thin resulting in too porous walls. These were not cracked or chipped, just too porous.
Highlights
Quality
I have had flimsier ones and i have made my own which are super sturdy good for small trees
Has improved our garden dry areas immensely
If you dont have a wine bottle anything will work as long as it has a long neck to go deep inside the self watering stake
These terracotta watering stakes are to be pressed in or dug into your plants pot up to neck deep
Price
I found one unit it a garden center but it was expensive
Packaging/appearance
Four out of 12 were broken when i opened the box
One of them unfortunately came broken even though there was no damage done to the packaging
Not real sure how work yet but they arrived in perfect condition
