My only issue is that i had a hard time using it – as shown in the first product image – with my suspended desktop mic stand it would not hang upside down like in the picture because one of the attachments could not screw into the stand properly

Its a little difficult to describe but you would need a washer that fits around the attachment to stop the mount from falling through

I could turn the mic rightsideup but it was a bit more awkward and either way its quite heavy so its not going to work very well with such a stand anyways although the picture indicates it will

As you can see the mic is a little off center because where you plug the xlr cable in is blocking the isoshield attachment so its a little wonky but still usable

All that aside i do like it and think its a solid product but unfortunately for my unique situation it has caused some problems but i also think id have similar issues with other products of a similar design

I have the blue yeti and the shield here but the product shows it in the upside down configuration
