    I recommend practicing with it on some spare pieces of wires of the intended gauge before using it on any real projects otherwise you risk taking several inches off your wires while trying to get this to work properly

    When i received this tool the depth guide was slid so far into the jaws that i could barely get it out it took a screwdriver and patience to work it out

    I still havent figured out how the adjustment knob works and i find that it often adjusts itself

    It is constructed with both plastic and metal but the metal handle seems to be coated in a resistive paintlacquer

    I tested it with a continuity tester and couldnt find a path between any two points on the metal handle

    When using it it usually doesnt completely remove the entire stripped insulation from the wire
