Cons
Both sides of the faux leather mat are slippery. Slips all over the desk. Therefore, beware if choosing to purchase this.

They will go out as the material is like a leather it will slowly go back to its normal state

However its not great for sustained use i work from home and game with mouse and keyboard after 2 weeks owning the mat the area where my mouse moves has become rough and worn out so right now there is a lot of resistance which is not great for wfh and for the games i play
