Pros
This is great for leveling large cakes. I'm not sure how long the leveler will last, though.
Cons
This thing is garbage. Will not torte a cake. Difficult to move string up and down.

I cut the first while it was still slightly warm and i had to go very slowly as it would have ripped up the cake

Well the first time i tried to use it things went south quickly

I couldnt get it to slice the rounded top off one of the layers i had the leveler wire just kind of pooched up and over the cake

It is also very wide so the wire itself is somewhat impossible to keep taut because one needs one hand to hold the cake in place and the other for the leveler
