Pros
The knifel pump works better than the old pump &. Cord is good length, to reach outlet. Installed it in a statuary fountain with about a 3 foot lift.
Pump works great for homemade hydroponic garden. Pumps water easily up 2+ feet and adjustment lever makes it easy to regulate the flow to the desired level. Height is adjustable.
Cons
It delivers a weak stream for my install. Just a little lion head waterfall. It is a pain to install in my fountain.
Not too exciting. Very disappointed and therefore will not recommend it.
Unexpectedly quit working feb14, purchased in oct. Missed the return window by 5 days. Worked great…for 2 1/2 months, then died. Nt last a week.

The pump in our outdoor fountain burnt out due to the inlet getting clogged by gunk it happens
Very small pump but it sure has power to lift the water in a 34 in hose perfectly

It was also the least expensive one i ever purchased
Price was very good for the quality

Received the water pump on time and it was set up in less than 5 minutes

Bought the pump to replace one that failed probably because i accidentally let it run dry i smoked it

When deciding which adjustable volume pump to buy my advice is to over spec and pay a little more to insure you get your desired volume

I like the idea that it will automatically turn itself off when the water level is low

Or at least it is either too low or too high second be aware that you need to clean it out every week as it sucks up leaves etc but that is probably all fountains
