My only complaint was that the feet are glider feet which is cool if you need to move your bed a lot but was really annoying for said activities

Hopeful that long term it maintains the mattress and box spring in good condition and prevent the early sagging like previously owned bed frames with flimsy support

Adjustable frames always loosen up causing the mattress to shift and get noisy

The frame has standard holes at the top so you can attach your old headboard if you like
