Pros & Cons
Pros
Sleeves hold knees in alignment - fit over and under jog leggings. I am late 60's and have ortho-arthritis that intermittently flares up and is painful. Bought this and immediately was able to go back to my jogging routine.
Cons
Buy instead a velcro knee wrap. It rolls down and does not stay in place. It's pretty flimsy for a knee brace.
Advertised as offering compression is false. Complete waste of money for me. Cant use this. Do not purchase.

Biggest flaw is the top likes to roll up as you walk which causes the compression to hurt when it bunches up on the back of the knee
