Pros
This is one product i do recommend. Absolutely no pain or swelling. My wife has been having knee issues and found it to greatly reduce her pain as well.
Best thing to keep my knee from popping too much. Can even wear over workout pants without bunching.
Cons
It is definitely a no no for my hikings if it couldnt handle a day of normal walking. It slides down and won't stay up. But they slide all over the place. Pay more to buy a decent pair to treat your knees better.
This items extremely uncomfortable and gave me blisters on both knees. Will stick with compression sleeve. Poor customer service.
