Pros
A small amount sprayed in after drying washed hair seems to keep the grease at bay. Really takes the greasy look out of your hair.
Cons
Not worth the money. White powder causes dandruff. Would not repurchase, could just stick to using batiste.

I did not notice my hair turning grey at all

It worked well for keeping the hair looking nonoily on the 2nd day but this didnt continue on the 3rd
