The price was right but my biggest concern was the possible lack of lowend punch due to their size

The rating id give the speakers taking away the cost issue would be a definite 5star

Packaging/appearance

Since my sony receiver was a bit old in the tooth i decided to buy a new surround sound receiver to bring out the best in the quintets

Competitiveness

I have the polk psw10 subwoofer and a sony strdh800 receiver

Hooked these up through my computer via toslink and yamaha receiver along with yamaha ystsw216bl 10 subwoofer in a 10x12 room

I matched these bad boys with a polk 12inch sub and the sound is speechless

The sanus systems efsatb are good stands but you have to put spacers in the stand so that the speakers sit upright
