Pros & Cons
Pros
Great back pad. Arrived promptly. Easy fix with a sharp knife.
Recently retrofitted one of my tourmaster outfits for sport-touring. Replaced all my jackets with this protector. Beat better than the standard flimsy item that comes with most motorcycle jacket.
Flexible and breathable. The only gripe is some of the ventilation holes were blocked by material not properly punched out.
Cons
Not level 2 as advertised.
Highlights
Quality
For the product review purposes this works well
Easy to replace the old cracked brittle ones with the new replacements
The product came in a silver plasticlike wrap so the seller likely did not see this defect
Description did not specify but this item shows as a ce level 2 rated product
Packaging/appearance
This is the one that will fit and not move around in the pocket
I had to use drill to remove the excess material and i almost damaged the pad

Klim also has a reputation of replacing their gear after you crash as long as you send the busted stuff in so they can see what worked and what didnt on it

This is not ready to go when you get it out of the box before fitting it to your jacket you should plan to spend 2030 minutes removing the molding flash from the vent holes with a sharp razor knife see attached images unless you want the protection to double as insulation
