Pros
It dissolves quickly adding delicious coconut flavour to the curry. No stale taste like some other brands. The flavour develops better in hot preparations.
The packing is very sturdy but needs additional protection. The product is delivered with good packing and delivered on time.
Klf coconad coconut milk powder makes preparing dishes so easy. Whether it is a stew or appams. This ready powder is always handy.
Cons
Even after adding heaps full of powder, the resultant milk is powdery and watery. This product is not 100% coconut milk powder it had milk protein casein that makes it unsuitable for people with cow milk allergy.
Not creamy as promised. Has absolutely no taste nor flavor. We can't feel, this is clear cheating from coconad. No flavour at all.
