Pros

Cuts clean and crimps good. Makes crimping connectors a breeze. The blade is a little dull after a few hundred crimps, but it still works.

The cutter blade is connected to a plastic arm. It seems a very sturdy tool with good weight on it. This tool paired with pass through ends make the job much less of a chore.

Pass-through crimpers are game changers for me. First time using the pass thru style connector. Works fine for pass-thru rj-45 connectors.

Cons

Im not sure if i just got a dud, but it stopped punching down the 2nd pin on every connector for some reason. This tool is too expensive to not have a cutter and stripper. Does not cut wires 1 & 8.

I found this one and klein makes a great product even though a little more expensive

It works with both klein and ideal pass through terminals

Instead bought this jodroad cat5 pass thru ends 50 and a kolsol cable tester all for less than the price of the replacement cables

Overall its a great tool the size is much better than others and it does what its supposed to do
