Pros
The straps are easily detachable for a sleek, stylish look. The strap is wide enough to be comfortable. This carrier is exactly as stated in the specs.
The soft padding that abuts the laptop surface as well as plenty of padding leaves me confident that anything shy of a major drop down multiple stair steps would be well tolorated. The fabric is very sturdy. Very well made and durable.
The lining is very soft and i have no concerns about it buffing or scratching the laptop at any point. The interior has a plush padding. The thick fleece lining ensures your laptop is cushioned from shocks and jolts.
Front pocket fits my notebook as well as writing tools ( pens, pencils and highlighters) small zip pocket holds my low profile mouse while the one just behind it holds the low profile keyboard. Back sleeve has room for boarding passes & documents.... Read More
The pockets are butter smooth. Good pockets for accessories. Small front zipper compartment for holding cards. All the pockets have zippers!
Cons
The sides and the bottom have no padding other than the fabric. The zippers and the shoulder strap d-rings and clips are all plastic. There are multiple pockets, which is nice, but there's no organization of any kind in the pockets.

However it works and looks neat when packed properly and small enough to make you look cool
