The rubber bands where it connects to the cable stops the cable slipping and all the pulleys bunching up

The self adhesive pads are very sticky but make sure your ceiling is flat and not artexted otherwise they may not stick well enough

I did find mounting a bracket high up on the wall with an adhesive sticky hook that comes with it to store the headset when not in use

Edit one of the wires snapped contacted support and they gave me a 100 of code so i can get a free replacement
