I apply boiled linseed oil weekly, and do light sanding and recoat it, if somebody puts it in the sink or dishwasher. Sharpening, i use a 1200 grit diamond stone this is pretty easy. The blade stays sharp and is very easy to re-sharpen when it is nece... Read More

I just cant say enough about the quality and value in all the kiwi knives i own

I am very pleased with the knife and will likely buy from this company again

On the more expensive knives they grind them down flush with the wooden handle on these they do not

I bought a couple other models and the quality has held up across them all

At this price i ordered 3 more from this company

That said for the price you cant beat them

But your also not gonna pay 15x the cost

Honestly it did just as well and perhaps even better than my namebrand serrated germanstyle knives

I find this is the one i reach for most often not the 100 cutco

Of course your not gonna get the weight of a henkle or wustof etc
