Ive also tried other snow machines but they pose the problem of never really getting all of your ice out and then you have to place your cup or receptacle just right to catch the ice that comes out

My only complaint is that i wish the fill line and space were larger but that is a very minor complaint

The capacity that the machine has will put out a full 8oz cup of snow

It worked great but after about five or six times using it apparently the gear that turns the rotator that rotates the ice against the blade stripped out rendering it useless

Unfortunately this happened about a week after the return eligibility expired which was about a month after i received it

Definitely do not recommend it unless youre mechanically inclined enough to take it apart and find the main shaft that has the final gear with square sides in a circlip holding it
