Pros
Getting a stand mixer is literally life changing. It is capable of doing so much effortlessly. The motor runs smoothly and quietly, allowing me to multitask in the kitchen without disturbing others.
Whether kneading dough for homemade bread, or preparing fluffy cake batters, this kitchenaid mixer handles everything with ease. The it works wonderfully for cakes batters and frosting. The it really is wonderful for mashed potatoes and the like.
The 5-quart stainless steel mixing bowl is not only spacious but also incredibly convenient. The bowl is plenty large enough and secures really well to the base.
Cons
Not everything in this package is dishwasher safe. Motor strains when kneading 200 grams of pasta dough. Silver residue ruined dough even after hand washing.
Whirlpool kitchenaid is an imposter. Made in china, but inside they are junk versions of their great former selves. This is not a whirlpool product.
