Big disappointment and waste of money. My biggest regret is that i only used it twice in a two year period so way past return window. Description says 5-yr.

This blender isn't worth the money. I think i'll look for an actual retro blender now. If you are in need of a blender that will work more than 5 times i’d strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. This blender is not a kitchenaid.

It takes forever to puree something, i only make shakes and it has a hard time chopping ice or anything frozen despite using crushing ice option first, then blending. Struggled to purée. Doesn't come apart to clean.

Gears melt down and grinder off and broke the blade. It seems like a poor design to have the motor connect to the body with only 2 screws and have those screws go into narrow plastic tubes made of fairly cheap and brittle material.
