Packaging/appearance
The strainer has a sturdy non slip grip and a hook on the end to grip onto the pot
You can set it onto the rim of the pot and it makes it very easy to pour through the strainer
And if you like the the blue color hey its that color

All the times you tried to filter something from a fluid mix or sauce of some sort and found that a colander just wasnt trapping all that you wanted and the everyday small screen strainers that are about 2 around would take too much time and mess to try to usethis strainer is the answer
