Pros & Cons
Pros
Other ones i've had needed to be rigged in order to work.
Cons
Product looks great but it rusts! All inconvenient. This item is over priced.
Water tray sags under the cutlery holder compartments causing all water dripping to roll off the back end and drench your counter! Basically the tray is useless now! Unless kitchen aid sells repacement drip trays, even then who wants to buy a new one ... Read More
Highlights
Quality
However i have two small cons with the product
Not crazy about the utensil drying section but overall i like the functionality and sturdiness of the product
My husband is trying so hard to find the right dish rack he brought a few and all ended up returning them because of the poor quality
Shipping
Maybe it got knocked around during shipping
Packaging/appearance
Now it drains back into the dishpan
The underneath tray is at the right slope to drain and air can get underneath the drainer and tray
The slanted tray catches and directs water back into the sink
Competitiveness
Its overpriced so i cannot give it a 5star
This is a topoftheline dish drainer both in functionality and design
But it’s wellmade and it is sturdy
It’s expensive but yes it’s quality and the look is high end large enough for a single person or couple but not for a full familly

There are some reviewers here saying their dish rack is wonky and the plastic tray doesn’t sit right

Ours was initially wonky too but after a few minutes of examination i realised that one of the metal feet wasn’t sitting correctly

So if your plastic tray isn’t sitting properly just fix the foot by bending it back into the correct position

The only thing i would like to see on it are taller sides as some items tend to lean over a little too much
