An interesting bit of trivia even though the container that the unit arrives in brags all over it about how the kitchenaide name is a us name the fine print still says “made in china”

First off the water is added by taking off the side plastic container and after filling just placing back on the side just hate the ones you have to pour slowly in back and drips every place you dont want it to

If you need a cup while brewing just pour your cup and the machine keeps brewing but does not drip over burner at all
