Pros & Cons
Pros
Really nice look, shiny chrome. Reminds me to check my chihuahuas against predatory birds when they are out in the fenced lawn for a quick walk.
Strong magnet sticks well to oven or fridge. It's magnetic and sticks to the outisde of my oven, so it's always available.
The only drawback is that the ringer is not as loud or long as i would like.
Cons
For a good looking and seemingly well-made product, it has one almost fatal flaw. Not durable. Not worth money for six months use. Should have returned, my bad. Very cheap made.
Eight feet away is is barely audible. No clicking sound, no movement at all.
Highlights
Quality
Its well constructed very accurate for a wind up timer and the magnet clings surprisingly well
It works good and the bell is loud enough to hear in the next room
Failure to wind properly before each use will result in no ring or a faint click or peep
It does however beat your penguin timer by a longshot
Price
This timer is exactly what it purports to be an inexpensive windup mechanical 1 hour timer
It works well and not that much money
Shipping
And i received it just a few short days after i placed the order
