Frequently the first cookie does not come out well and it takes a couple to get the mold working properly

I know it said large but being used to my old set of rosette irons i thought big was smaller than this

Just remember to pretreat these you need to sit them in hot oil for several minutes before using and when you are finished with them just wipe them with a paper towel do not wash
