Pros

This paddle is the perfect size for 15” pizza steel. Slides right under silicone muffin trays and cake pans without having to bend the pan/tray and ruin anything. Great for pizza in my ceramic kamado type cooker.

Thin aluminum shovel helps when you have a pizza that didn't quite hold itself together and you are trying to use the peel to straighten it out. I store it behind my wine rack, as it doesn't really fir anywhere else in the kitchen.

Cons

A quick look at their website shows that they import over 3,000 items. No mention of a manufacturing facility on their website.

Used 2x, disaster. Ruined 2 pizzas trying to make this work. Nowhere to keep it in the average kitchen.
