I get out the cutco shears when i need raw power and dont want to worry about ruining a set of shears

Snipping herbs and scallions cutting parchment paper opening annoying packaging cutting up icky slippery raw chicken parts for the cats etc

Day in day out year in year out are the cutco super shears

Competitiveness

With outsourcing they are now terrible over priced products

While they may be made in china they are made to a japanese spec not a lowest cost target
